Terms of Services

To ensure the quality output of our digital card, here is the required time to produce:  

• STANDARD DIGITAL CARD
  1 – 2 working days
• PREMIUM DIGITAL CARD
  2 – 3 working days
• PREMIUM PLUS DIGITAL CARD
  3 – 5 working days
• DIY DIGITAL CARD
  3 – 5 working days
• ULTIMATE DIGITAL CARD
  5 – 7 working days

*We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
**All orders on Friday, after 6.00pm will be processed on Monday or the next business day.

All ready-made online template design cannot be changed. Any changes of information such as date, address, telephone number and others can be done one (1) time only within 14 days of purchase.  

Customised Digital Card:

a) DIY DIGITAL CARD

• Mailah Concept will only commence work once the Client has made the full payment.
• Digital card design provided by Client is FINAL.
• The Client may not request to change the digital card design by sending a new design.
• A draft copy of the digital card shall be given to the Client for review upon completion.
• Any changes of information such as date, address, telephone number and others can be done one (1) time only within 14 days of payment.

b) ULTIMATE DIGITAL CARD

• Mailah Concept will only commence work once the Client pay RM200 as deposit which is non-refundable.
• A draft copy of the design shall be given to the Client for review upon completion.
• The Client may request for editing revisions without any additional charges, and may do so for up to two (2) times / revisions.
• Live digital card’s site URL link will only be delivered within 3-5 days, once the Client made the final payment of RM99.
• Any changes of information such as date, address, telephone number and others can be done one (1) time only within 14 days of final payment.

Digital Card is subject to Google Calendar, Google Map, Waze, WhatsApp and any other technology links. It is subject to terms and conditions as well as current ‘updates’ from the owner of the technology. If there is a problem the customer is facing related to the issue of the owner of the link technology, it is beyond the scope of Mailah Concept’s solution and may not be resolved in the near future.

If the customer’s location cannot be accessed with Waze or Google Map, the customer is advised not to use this feature.

Digital card will be sent via an email and WhatsApp within the estimated timeline given.

Digital card will be active for 1 year from the date of purchase. Mailah reserves the right to deactivate the customer’s digital product after a period of one (1) year without notice to the customer.

• All digital cards purchased made through www.mailah.com.my are FINAL and non-refundable.
• Customers are advised to choose the right design before making a purchase. To understand the function of PREMIUM & PREMIUM PLUS digital card,
  Customers are advised to view the ‘live preview’ of selected digital card before making the purchase.
• However, if the digital cards received are different, wrongly sent or not as it was advertised, kindly email us at mailah.concept@gmail.com

• Mailah Concept reserves the right to use digital card, either in sections or in its entirety, for its own promotional purposes.
